Directors
Ray Haagensen and Vijay Parthab intend creating and developing Magic
Seal into a strong brand name, with high levels of recognition which
can be developed nationally and internationally.
The
directors intend setting up Dealerships for their products to self motivated
people wishing to operate their own business.
Each
Magic Seal Dealership will have an "area of influence" centred
on a major shopping centre. The directors estimate 10-20 Magic Seal
Dealerships to service the population of greater Sydney (ABS figures
for 1999 Sydney population is 4.041 million, including Gosford, Wyong
and Camden). This gives an average 130,000 clients owning 69,000 vehicles
for each Magic Seal Dealership.
Magic
Seal intends operating a company 'flagship' operation. This operation
will be available for dealers to for special types of work.
The
Dealership includes all training, uniforms, stock and equipment. Magic
Seal Dealerships are not a franchasise - there are no monthly payments
or percentages to pay.
